Good communication with the host, ideal location for our needs (near historic sites, lively neighborhood, good restaurants and street food, street art). The small kitchen corner and balcony (useful for smokers) and, of course, the price/value ratio. We couldn’t stay two more nights because it was full 😁, but our host found a solution, really professional and efficient.

First, he has been the best host I’ve had on all my trips; I would rate Danilo 1000. Besides everything being spectacular—the cleanliness and the room—his human quality far exceeds what any traveler would expect from a host. For example, nothing was missing in the kitchen, and when you call him, he solves any problem instantly… etc. I’ll return to Rome and, if possible, stay at his place again, depending on availability. He’s in the middle of Trastevere, an unbeatable location, host, unbeatable, service, unbeatable, help, unbeatable. P.S. He’s the person who will get you out and advise you better than anyone if you’re going to Rome. I’ll come back and hopefully stay at his place again.

The spot is great and the room was huge, spotless, with a balcony that gave a nice view. No complaints.

I didn’t bother with the food, but it seemed decent. The room was tidy, and the guy on the phone was brilliant and helpful. The area itself was excellent and I’d recommend it to everyone. The shower was terrible.

The welcome was fantastic! Our flight landed super late, but Danilo kindly waited for us until 3 am.
