There was terrible dampness and a musty smell, no air freshener or ventilation. In the bathroom the shower leaked and water splashed everywhere, there was no bathmat so the floor stayed wet. Shampoo and soap were missing, only two tiny sachets of soap for two people. Kitchen supplies were very sparse, e.g., only two glasses, two forks, etc. At 70 € per night I think it’s expensive for such a location and appearance; at that price you could find a good hotel in the center of Murcia and here everything is far, requiring a taxi or a car.

“Experiencia muy bonita pero...”

The place was very pretty and welcoming. For those who like rustic charm and tranquility it’s a safe bet. The owner greeted us and treated us very well. The jacuzzi and the private terrace of the apartment were the best, in my opinion. The pool was beautiful, the water was very cold but we loved it. For cat lovers like us there were two kittens that were adorable and very affectionate with people. The terrace where the pool was was amazing, you could stay there for hours, the air was incredibly peaceful. Wifi worked very well. I feel bad having to mention what we didn’t like because we were treated very well, but I think everything should be said so the service can improve. In my opinion several things need improvement, especially cleanliness. The fridge and trash can had sticky residue, the cutlery had food crumbs, especially the forks; we had to buy disposable cutlery and plates because it was annoying to eat with what was there. The green pillows on the bed were stained, there was a lot of dust overall, and in the jacuzzi there were hair remnants. In the shower they should put something to stop the water from leaking, because when you shower the floor is flat and there’s no small edge, so a lot of water ran off the floor. The bed is quite uncomfortable, because there are two small mattresses together and on top they put a thin one but the springs of the mattress are very noticeable. And to finish, some outlets had hanging cords, obviously you have to be careful, but it can be dangerous. I think if they improved these points it would be a 10‑star place, but it needs a bit more maintenance and overall cleaning.

“¡Estancia maravillosa!”

The place is wonderful. You completely disconnect from reality and it invites you to relax fully. The room we chose was the hot‑spray one. Very spacious and comfortable. Thanks to María for the treatment and the rest of the staff. If you like kittens you’ll be surrounded by the best company 😊 We fell in love with the three 💜 We haven’t had any mishap or special need but there was always readiness in case. The terrace is TOP! I could spend the whole day there! P.S.: we hope to return 😊 Thank you very much! We are delighted with everything. However, if you’re prone to mosquito bites bring anti‑mosquito spray!🦟

“Una maravilla de sitio.”

I was blown away by everything; the outdoor areas were amazing, the pool water was super cold which was great because it was very hot, and the barbecue zone with tables was fantastic. The room itself was great, the jacuzzi was wonderful, and the AC worked well. Plus there were two adorable kittens that were super loving, and the hosts were very pleasant. The only quirks were that in our room the jacuzzi had to be turned on from a distance (we had to leave the room to switch it on and off) and I would have liked two large towels per person because with the jacuzzi in the same room and only one shower towel per person we ran out of dry towels. (We requested them and they were given without any issue.) Otherwise everything was excellent.
