20 m² · 1 large double bed
The room is renovated, and parking is free. The breakfast is meager and offers no choice. The furniture is arranged in an overly sparse way. In three days of stay, the room was never cleaned. The manager was not immediately reachable at check‑in, and when I finished my stay I left without receiving the receipt I had requested, even though I had informed him that without it I would not be able to get a refund from the company I work for.
Very nice new space, calm area, great to stay.
The place was spotless and the breakfast service was more than complete.
The location is nice and quiet. The directions could have been described better.
The property is tucked into a lush green patch on the side of a hill a few minutes’ drive from the beach, a few kilometres south of Capoterra. Don’t expect endless vistas or rugged peaks, but a calm, peaceful landscape enlivened by Sardinia’s greenery. The car can be parked for free within the property’s perimeter. The rooms, located at the top of a slightly steep staircase, are modern and clean, furnished sparsely but fully. Because of a Maps error, the entrance is about 200 m off the navigation route. Breakfast is a bit sparse compared to similar accommodations; it consists of 8 slices of toast, 1 pre‑packed croissant, 2 individual packs of jam, 1 hazelnut spread, 1 fruit juice, and 1 portion of skim milk plus 1 coffee capsule per person, all stored in a box in each room. The self‑service breakfast area is separate from the rooms, and to reach it you must go outside. A microwave and a capsule coffee machine are available, no stove. Breakfast is meant to be eaten in the room.
