There were numerous issues: the room was very drafty, loud music from outside was disruptive, we weren’t told at check‑in that breakfast could be delivered to the room, the breakfast options were very limited, and we had to confirm several times before it was brought to us.

The hotel was surprisingly comfortable and went beyond what I expected; breakfast arrived in the room around 7 am and included tasty noodles, Nasi goreng, and fruit. There is a flight of stairs leading to the lobby, so it might be a challenge if you can’t climb stairs.
