The front entrance was very hot. My kids and I couldn’t go swimming. The staff were very rude, with no manners, no smiles, and the overall energy was very poor.

We were lucky to be near the event, but the security guard was a nightmare—after a Motley Crue concert she stalked our room and reported us twice for chatting, even though it was just friendly conversation. The breakfast was lukewarm and the sausage tasted awful.
