“Buen lugar para hospedarse”
The hotel is comfortable and the staff’s service is excellent, but I was unlucky to arrive when most of the city was flooded, so the streets near the hotel were also affected.
“Valió la pera ..... Pero”
The room and the pool were luxurious and very comfortable for sleeping, yet the front desk staff are terrible; they’re not rude but they take ages to give you the key, and they even ask for the INE of every adult as a guarantee.

The rooms are very pretty, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are great with their treatment, but they were renovating outside and put me in a room where work was happening with loud banging that woke us up and made us uncomfortable.
The place feels very pleasant and cozy.
