The location and direct motorway access were very nice, but the only downside was that only English was offered. They didn’t hand over my passport when I checked out and we forgot it; if they had warned us beforehand we would have been ready. I had to drive 350 km to the Hungarian border to find out my passport was held back, then drive another 350 km back to the hotel and then to the border again, costing me extra money, time, and stress, so I just want to warn people to be careful.
