The hotel was very clean. They changed the towels and supplied fresh bottled water every day. The location is excellent—just a 3‑minute walk from the metro station, making it super easy and convenient to travel around the city.

The hotel is close to the metro, shops, and the bazaar. Daily cleaning, a washing machine is available, a fridge in the room can be requested, and the reception staff are very helpful. Thanks. The room is a bit small, and it takes about 30 minutes by metro to reach the shopping gallery.

The staff and location are good. The room is cramped, small, and the bathroom has a glass door.

No complaints so far. The only issue is the location, but it isn’t a major problem.

The hotel experience was somewhat marred by noise, but the staff's communication efforts were commendable despite some initial difficulties.
