The front desk and bellman were very attentive, the beds were comfortable, the place was spotless, the breakfast was good, the coffee was good, and the hotel was beautiful. The street noise was present – not extreme, but you hear all the cars passing.

I stayed at this very cute boutique hotel in Zona 10, right next to the Oakland Place mall, which was perfect for a rainy afternoon or if you forgot something. The mall even had a huge grocery store, handy for bottled water and snacks. My room rate included breakfast, which was VERY good, and I loved the rooftop restaurant each morning. An on‑site restaurant was a bonus since I arrived late on the first night, just before it closed at 10 pm. The hotel staff were kind and helped me a lot with my late (8 pm) arrival into GUA, picking me up after a long day of travel and taking me safely to the hotel. The room itself was cozy—a comfy bed, hot shower water, and upgraded bath amenities. The location seemed nice, but I didn’t stay long enough to explore Zona 10 fully.

The room was fantastic—super comfy beds with plenty of pillows and a great shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our two nights there. The restaurant was pricey, so we opted to eat outside instead.

El personal ofreció una atención excelente, las instalaciones estaban bien cuidadas y limpias. Nos dieron una Master Suite de cortesía, lo que cambió por completo nuestra experiencia. Incluye un desayuno bastante bueno y el restaurante tiene un servicio muy bueno; la cama es muy cómoda. Está cerca de restaurantes y de la zona del aeropuerto.
