Parking in the garage is a nightmare for trucks because the height limit is wrong; the sign says you can enter but the actual clearance is lower, so I ended up damaging my car's roof. The hotel refused to take responsibility and ignored my request to discuss the matter. When I spoke to the maintenance manager on site, he was very rude, and I still haven't heard back from the hotel manager.

The location was great, and Clark Dre was helpful with the check‑in issues, but the building feels outdated; the A/C is loud, the elevator looks unkempt, and the staircase is closed off.

The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked well, but I paid for a king room with a “city view” and instead received a double queen that only showed the roof of the lower level.

The place was clean and nice, and the location was perfect, but the parking garage felt creepy.

The location and setting were excellent, and there were no negatives.
