Very nice and welcoming staff. The room is a good size, there’s a free tea/coffee station and complimentary water. Free parking is really good in that area. Sunbeds are available any time of day. The breakfast was nice. It was a bit noisy in rooms that are connected but used by different customers. The cleaning in the room connected to ours, which had a kitchen area, was done around 9 am and you could hear everything… I know the staff is doing their job and very nice, but it was hard to wake up 😞 The coffee could be better… Aside from that, I could definitely come back.

Everything was fine. The only issue was that I got a rather expensive room but it matched what it offered, the TV kept disconnecting from the Wi‑Fi and wouldn’t change channel, and the air‑conditioning was broken. I came to fix it and the guy said it would take a little while, and it was obvious he wouldn’t waste a minute since I had come for a day’s escape from work… If they check everything first, it could be a 10.

The pool was great, especially the amazing suite! The spa massage was fantastic and the pepperoni pizza was truly super. The in‑house restaurant (Las Canarias) didn’t match the hotel’s standard.

I surprised my partner with this overnight stay in Puerto Rico for his birthday; we booked a room with a whirl‑tub that made the visit memorable. Half‑board food was lovely and the drinks were reasonable. The pool was lovely, and the bar staff brought drinks over. We strolled to Anfi, enjoyed dinner at the hotel, then found a nice pub with a singer for a lovely evening; we walked back to the hotel where staff left a bottle of fizz and chocolate cake for my partner’s birthday—a sweet touch. I’d highly recommend this place.
