There was no breakfast. The bathroom was leaking and water ran onto the floor of the room. I reported it to the male staff on duty and asked for a room change because we still had one more night to stay. Since all rooms were full, that same male staff said he would reduce the room rate because of the leak. When we checked out and asked about the discount, the staff denied any conversation about it, pretended not to know, and the male staff tried to deceive me. When my husband pointed out that he was the staff who offered the discount, he claimed he had no authority because the supervisor had given no instructions – it was very unfair.
