I booked a day early to secure an early check‑in, and everything was confirmed with the property, but when we got there at dawn the doors were locked and no one answered our calls. A driver eventually found another place for us to stay that day. I messaged the hotel and received an apology, yet later that same day I was told we were marked as a "no show" and could not check into my pre‑paid room. I’m still waiting for a response and a refund.

The common area was spotless, but that's about where the positives end. The room was ridiculously small and in a terrible location - not exactly what you'd want after a long day. To make matters worse, the power went out for a few minutes and when we asked for a water bottle, we were basically ignored. Not exactly the best start to a stay.

Being close to the beach was a definite plus, but that's where the good news stops. The room was surprisingly basic - no towels, no soap, and a fridge that was MIA. The TV wasn't working either, which seemed like a pretty standard thing to expect.

The receptionist, Johnson, was a highlight - friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was a letdown. The beds were tiny, the swimming pool cost extra, and we only got one litre of drinking water per day. Not exactly the best value.
