“Haven’t stayed as hotel refused to give room even with the confirmed booking.”
I had a confirmed booking, yet upon arrival the hotel said no rooms were available. Instead of honoring my reservation, staff demanded extra payment for a different room—a totally unacceptable move. Their attempts to resolve the issue were unhelpful and showed little concern for the inconvenience. I had to contact customer support to file a complaint, and I’m still uncertain if any action has been taken. A confirmed booking should guarantee a room, not leave you stranded or force you to pay more. Based on this experience, I’d advise travelers to be cautious when booking here, as even a confirmed reservation may not be honored.
