Luho White House

We stayed at Luho White House with our family, and the experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Facilities were well maintained, clean, and comfortable, making our visit very enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and excellent service from the team. Thank you for making our family stay pleasant and memorable. For future improvement, more parking space would help guests, and a pest control treatment around the building could enhance the overall environment. Thanks again to the entire team for their hospitality and excellent service.

“Very comfortable and clean”

Nighttime timings could have been more relaxed. I left and returned at 10.45, but the door was already locked. I had to call the staff to let me in; if they hadn't answered, I would have been stuck.

The room had good lighting and we were given toiletries and accessories like a clothes iron. The staff were friendly. However, the room was not cleaned—no new sheets or towels, and the bathroom was the dirtiest, with fungus growing beside the sink. The photos misled us. The kitchen and fridge were only for staff use. Ventilation in the ground floor room was poor, with kitchen fumes entering the room.

The location was good, opposite a quiet park where you can sit outdoors and enjoy trees and birds, so you don't have to stare at concrete buildings outside. It's a quiet spot despite being close to 5th cross, Ganapathy temple road, 60 feet road, etc., in Koramangala 5th block.

I was thrilled to find the hotel right in the city center, and special thanks to Sonu and Ritesh for being so helpful and courteous.
