I had a confirmed and prepaid booking, but when I arrived at the hotel they told me there were no available rooms. I was denied check‑in despite payment being deducted from my card. The location and price are good, but I didn’t expect any cleanliness because of the cheap rate. There are bedbugs; that alone ruined everything.

Extremely Bad Experience – Avoid This Hostel I had a very disappointing experience with this hostel. I had booked and fully paid for my stay well in advance, but the way I was treated upon arrival was completely unacceptable. When I reached the hostel around 7–8 PM after a long journey, I was already tired and carrying my luggage up to the 5th floor. Despite this, the staff behaved very rudely and did not even allow me to sit and rest for a while. My phone battery was completely drained, but they did not even allow me to charge it or offer any basic support. I was not even given a place to sit at the reception for 30 minutes. The attitude of the staff was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It is hard to understand how this place has positive reviews. My experience was completely different, and I would strongly advise others to carefully read reviews before booking. Overall, the behavior and attitude of the staff were very poor. I do not recommend this hostel to anyone.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎. Very Bad Experience – Not Recommended I had a terrible experience with this hostel. I had booked the hostel for 4 nights (5 days) and made the full payment almost 3 months in advance. When I arrived at the property around 7–8 AM after a long journey, carrying my luggage up to the 5th floor, the staff at the front desk behaved very rudely. They didn’t even allow me to sit or rest, and their attitude was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite having a confirmed and fully paid booking, I was treated very poorly. When I mentioned that I would leave a review, the staff responded carelessly, saying I could do whatever I want. Even worse, I have still not received my refund. From my experience, many of the positive reviews here do not reflect the actual situation. I strongly feel that guests should be very careful before booking. My advice: Do not pay in advance. It is safer to book and pay at the property. Otherwise, getting your money back can be very difficult. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience.👎👎👎
