Facilities in the rooms were good. Breakfast was good. Special thanks to Elena at the restaurant to manage guest seats. She was so polite and friendly. First of all, this is not a traditional hotel but more of an aparthotel, with rooms spread across a very large courtyard. The breakfast room is located outside the courtyard, across the street. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The reception staff were not helpful or welcoming and seemed to lack basic guest service skills. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., the reception is closed, which could leave you in a very difficult situation if you haven't received clear instructions for checking in. After check-in, don't expect anyone to help you find your room. The property is spread across a large courtyard, and having to search for your room with heavy luggage after a long journey is extremely frustrating. Housekeeping is another major drawback. If you stay for less than 6 days, your room will not be cleaned and your towels will not be changed. You have to find the housekeeping storage area yourself to get fresh towels. There are about 10 stairs to climb to find your bed in the room (terrible for who have knee pain). Finally, the property is far from the city centre. Although the tram stop is conveniently located nearby, the journey to the city centre takes approximately 40 minutes. Overall, I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a traditional hotel experience, attentive service, or a convenient location
