We couldn’t reach the property because the road had disappeared and the owner didn’t tell us. When I messaged him on site for directions, he pointed us to a different hotel that didn’t match the reservation’s criteria. We decided to leave and find another place ourselves. I wasn’t warned that the hotel was no longer reachable by car.

The owner agreed not to charge for the nights we had booked. The hotel was inaccessible and no one informed us. When I called, I was redirected to another place that didn’t meet the Golden Flower’s requirements, so I declined and found a different hotel on my own.

The daily staff were very professional; thanks a lot, Florin! The only downside was that there was no lake view offered 😞
