The location was very central and the bed was comfortable, yet the bathroom had mould on the ceiling, the towel radiator didn’t work and leaked water so the entire bathroom floor was wet, and the water dripped onto the toilet roll making it all wet; there was also no toilet roll holder.

The room space was generous, everything was in the centre and very close by, but there was no elevator and the room was on the 3rd floor.

The bathroom was detached and beautiful.

I stayed here again and it’s in the prime Cotswold town at a good price with helpful owners and an easy staff‑less check‑in, which is rare for staff‑less check‑ins to be this easy.

The location was very convenient, the bed was spacious, the room was cosy, and the kettle was useful, but I don’t like the duvet I find it hard to use, though I know everyone in the UK uses them.
