“Hotel fantastico e personale professionale sempre disponibile e gentilissimo servizio impeccabile”
The location is extremely convenient, right next to the center.
Everything is sublime, the staff are adorable, attentive, and proactive; this is our third visit and we’ll be back for a fourth next year; we benefited from a junior suite upgrade for our children; thank you again— the new décor is sublime, the establishment is classy yet warm, children are welcome; thanks for these perfect stays.
The hotel fell short of five‑star standards, with services that simply didn’t match the rating and a noticeable lack of attention to detail and guest care.
This is the best hotel.
“Una estancia de ensueño”
Location, beauty, and tranquility.
