The place sits right within walking distance of shops and the central square, and the street is quiet. The sheets were clean, the shower was convenient, and the hosts were very pleasant.

The host was friendly, the spot was close to the town center, the room was big and faced a persimmon tree. The owner always offered helpful suggestions for things to do. Hot water and Wi‑Fi were acceptable. It felt more like a large room with an en‑suite bathroom in a family house than a small hotel, which is fine but worth noting. It was nice that the kitchen was usable, though dishes often stayed in the sink.

The host Tamuna was very friendly and spoke Russian fluently, told me where the best coffee shop and restaurant are in Telavi, and the breakfast was hearty. The walk to the center takes 10 minutes. The cleanliness was impeccable. The front‑yard area is beautiful and well‑maintained.
