The location was okay, but there were gnats, an odd smell, and a water stain on the carpet under the sink.

It was nice to be on the bay with great sounds and smells, but I was assigned a room marked handicap accessible that didn’t suit me; the toilet was very high, there was no bathtub as promised, only a shower that let water run everywhere, and when I asked, they said it was what I booked and they couldn’t change it.

The location was convenient, yet the interior clearly needs renovation: wallpaper is peeling and patched, paint is badly worn, decor is outdated, and a remodel is overdue.
