The lake view is beautiful and very peaceful. The service is flawless and attentive, with Riccardo being super kind and professional. The spa is small but well maintained. The room is a bit small.

The location is fantastic. The building itself falls short when it comes to rooms: walls seem like paper‑mache and the noise is endless. You could hear voices, not just from the room but from the hallway at the start and end. It’s a real disaster for quietness, the worst overnight stay I’ve ever had.

The welcome and quality of the property are good, and breakfast is tasty. The location is fairly isolated, surrounded by nature.
