The location is great for the underground tube, the place is clean, and the coffee facilities are there (though I didn’t use them). It relies a bit on other people keeping quiet, which they did, and there’s no TV, which wasn’t a problem for me.

This lovely guest house is within walking distance of the nearest station, giving easy access to London. We booked last minute; when we arrived the lady wasn’t expecting us, yet she was incredibly helpful and had the room ready immediately. I didn’t realize from the booking that it’s a guest house with residents downstairs, but that made no difference; the family living there were very friendly. Free parking is available on the drive in front of the house, which is a rare find in London. When we got there we weren’t sure where to park because the booking details were unclear, but you simply pull onto the drive in front of the house and can park there. For the price, everything was good.
