The parking area and the entire courtyard with a terrace are lovely; we were unaware that we could use the well‑furnished communal kitchen and lounge; the host only showed us our reserved room and did not inform us that the communal kitchen was available, which we discovered only after we had made a last‑minute reservation; we also missed that it was far from Mini Hungary and the Arboretum Park in Szarvas; the rooms are small and we had no alternative, so due to the lack of information we did not use the terrace, lounge, or kitchen, nor did we have tea or coffee as described; we paid an extra 9 € per person for breakfast, but it was not a buffet or continental breakfast, just a small standard portion.

Beautiful surroundings, excellent location – all of that is tempered by the owner lady’s friendliness. We checked in after a motorbike trip, a bit exhausted, and woke up hungry the next morning before a long drive. She gave us a fantastic, homemade farmhouse breakfast, which was a perfect start to the day. Such thoughtfulness is rare and made our stay memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone; we’re sure we’ll return!

Nice, tidy little accommodation in a central spot. After we arrived, we immediately reported no hot water. The reply was that it exists, we’re just impatient. They do look into it, but during our stay it wasn’t resolved; even after 20 minutes the shower still delivered ice‑cold water, and the next morning it was still cold.
