The property is very beautiful and tranquil, the restaurant is excellent, and the staff are all very attentive. I expected the spa to be a bit larger, and the hot tub was not working.

The site, the facilities, and the location were fine. The breakfast staff were apathetic and not smiling, the reception was cold, a table that should have been cleaned waited 15 minutes, the buffet wasn’t restocked even after we asked 30 minutes before closing, and the dishes we ordered after being prepared stayed on the counter for 15 minutes. I finally got up to pick them up myself, after which the staff stopped chatting, realized the mistake, and brought us cold plates.

The grounds, restaurant, and staff were good, but the pool was too cold and the pool light didn’t work.

I liked the hotel but it wasn’t spectacular. It looked very neglected and unkempt. The spa area was functional, but at the pool area only one person was serving cocktails and it took a long time; the room was full of mosquitoes.
