The rural setting was quiet and the bed comfy, yet one staff member was unfriendly. I’d ordered breakfast from the helpful staff, but the unfriendly one told me there’d be none the next morning. The kitchen facilities for guests are quite basic.

The host was helpful, the room and bathroom were clean. I arrived in the evening and the nearby village shop was closed. I ordered a local omelette, it was excellent, and I had it again for breakfast.
