The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The location was prime, and the price was fair. I was also impressed by the drink prices, especially the water, which was much lower than the usual hotel network rates (fair price). I had a little trouble adjusting to the bed, but nothing that warranted a significant detriment.

The stay was very quick but highly useful; every detail was meticulous. The coffee with delicious desserts, the modern, clean, and very comfortable rooms—sensational!

Breakfast is impeccable, amazing, with plenty of variety and everything delicious. The facilities are great, the bed comfortable, the shower good, and the heating works, keeping the hotel climate pleasant. The team is very attentive, caring, and friendly. The stay was wonderful! The location is also great, just a few minutes’ walk to the covered street and the main street of Gramado. I liked everything.
