A wonderful location on the edge of the Nymphenburg Palace grounds, one of Munich’s most visited areas, yet the property was entirely private and in a picturesque garden setting; communication with the owners was easy and problems were dealt with quickly. A slight issue arose with the shared kitchen: guests in the adjoining apartment had not returned crockery and cutlery to their places, but the owners resolved it rapidly and efficiently; providing mugs, plates, cutlery and glasses for each apartment instead of just the shared kitchen would have avoided the problem

A unique location, a lovely little terrace in front of the door under a leafy canopy, perfect for a small breakfast on a summer day; the hosts were very warm and right there on site, plenty of parking. The slight ground floor means short‑statured people have to stand on tiptoe to see the castle from the window; the apartment sits a bit lower than street level, and the garden is also slightly lower, but this was hardly noticeable; the living area and fridge are shared with another room, which did not bother us

The location is simply fantastic, Schloß Nymphenburg practically at the corner, the quiet and the provincial atmosphere (full of lavender scent and blue honeysuckle) in the garden, a true wellness oasis for the soul. The hosts are very nice and very accommodating, we will definitely come back.
