The room was huge – we could open two suitcases and still walk around – and the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub as well. A 24‑hour restaurant was close by, and a shortcut led straight to exit 4 of the Van Yi station.

The staff offered amazing service, greeting everyone with a smile no matter the time and making my Busan stay memorable and special; I highly recommend it and especially thank Mr Lee and Vicky for their professionalism and help throughout my stay.

We received an upgrade: the room was large, high‑quality, with a wardrobe that “refreshes” clothes, a huge TV, and a friendly receptionist who spoke some German; we’d come back! Three minor issues: the location could be better—somewhere between everything, which is a general problem in Busan; the mosquito net was so dirty it barely let air through; the plastic sheet on the bed was uncomfortable, so I removed it, and then everything was great.

Very clean and roomy, with a great bathroom that includes a bath; the clothes‑refresh closet was a bonus and the staff were friendly, but the bed was very firm.
