The hotel sits in a great spot, so walking to most of Rome’s main sights is easy, and the room was tidy and cozy. However, the thin walls let you hear other guests nearby, and the shower head kept slipping off so you had to hold it while showering.

The room was spacious, clean, and organized; the bathroom was also very clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff extremely kind. The hotel is just a few steps from the metro, which makes moving around the city very easy, and there are many shops nearby. I felt the Wi‑Fi was a bit lacking; it didn’t work properly in the room I was in, but that didn’t ruin my stay.

La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima. Le camere sono nuove e spaziose. Set di cortesia sopra le aspettative con anche spazzolino da denti e ciabatte. Mi è piaciuto il fatto che gli asciugamani ci siano stati cambiati subito il giorno dopo. I bagni, a differenza delle camere, sono piccoli e vecchi. Manca la cura ai dettagli; doccino scadente, doccia incrostata di calcare, finestre della camera sporche, oggetti come il cestino porta set di cortesia completamente pieno di polvere. Onestamente non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non avesse una vera e propria reception ma questo lo sapevo quando ho prenotato ma la cosa mi faceva sentire meno al sicuro

We really appreciated how friendly the staff were—always helpful and smiling. The hotel’s location is excellent and it had everything we needed, so I would highly recommend it. A bonus is that you can drop off luggage before check‑in. On the downside, the room lacked shampoo, conditioner, and decent body soap; the hand soap was fine, the body wash was okay but terrible for hair, so bring your own shampoo. It could also have been cleaner.
