I only liked the slides; that's all there was. I didn't like the rooms, how they were cleaned, or that they weren't refilled. I don't remember the tea or coffee, and when I asked for a towel, it took three days before I got upset and shouted—this was really inappropriate when I needed beach towels; they sent me around the building in heat to get them, and they also said there was no comparison to the service level.

The staff were super welcoming and helpful, always smiling and attentive. The complex is pretty and well set up. The room offered a sea view. The buffet was well organized with quick table service, we always had space on the pleasant terrace, and the variety changed daily. The slides were a bonus for extra fun beyond the pool. The mattresses were very soft and we sank into them (foam) even with a slim build. The cocktails were not very good and lacked the expected flavor. Waiting forever at the Greek restaurant (by reservation) was exhausting, but the dishes were good.

Everything was good, the location was 15‑20 minutes from the sea, the ground‑floor room had a sea view, the meals were very good, and the evening atmosphere was nice. The bed was a bit too soft in our room and we sank into it.

The premises, facilities, and staff were good, but the food wasn’t very varied and the menu didn’t change; what was offered also wasn’t very tasty. That’s the only thing I would change.
