The hotel is amazing, the staff are great, and we got a room right by the beach. Everything was perfect, no complaints at all.

Everything was fine overall: the room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the restaurant was excellent with friendly staff. I lowered my rating because of the parking issue—free parking was advertised, yet half the lot was blocked with cones or reserved for staff. I parked in an unmarked spot, but the next morning a staff member told me my car would be towed if I didn’t move it because they needed that space. I was honestly shocked by the situation.

“not worth the price for partial water view”

We were assigned a partial water‑view room that was completely rundown and dirty. The shower had scum and mold, fixtures were tarnished, the ceiling was low with broken pieces, and the online photos were misleading. There was no soundproofing, and being on the bottom floor meant we heard every footstep from above, waking us up several times at night. The floorboards creaked horribly. It was very disappointing for the money we spent. Front‑desk staff were accommodating and moved us to a different room for the second night. The property and common areas are beautiful and well kept, but for the price you’re paying, getting a rundown, noisy room was incredibly disappointing.

The room had an incredible view, but it wasn’t very clean. The area in front of our room was messy, and large trucks blocked the entrance during arrival and departure.
