The Urban Hotel Kyoto Nijo Premium, opened in 2015, is located near JR and metro Nijo stations. The hotel features a large public bath, free WiFi, and modern rooms with flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms. Nijo Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a 15-minute walk away. JR Kyoto Station and Fushimi Inari Shrine are accessible by train within minutes. A bus stop is located in front.

The lobby was thick with cigarette smoke, and the staff came off as rude; the room was cramped, far smaller than the photos showed, and the whole space felt like a bathroom.

The breakfast was amazing, but the housekeeping left a mess: I dropped an item, had to lift the bed to retrieve it, was startled, and found a lot of dirty masks, peanuts, and plastic bottle caps—quite sad.

朝食付きにしてはリーズナブルな値段の設定。. 部屋の中に、他のホテルでは当たり前にある除菌、消臭スプレーがない。トイレ、シャワー室がガラス張りのスケルトン仕様。目隠しが各フロアにあるが、何故にあんなスケルトンなのか？意味が分からないです。恥ずかしいだけじゃないですか？
