Location and cleanliness were good. Customer service was poor; I felt like I owed someone, they made me feel like I was going to rob them. I think they should require a credit‑card deposit to treat guests with confidence and satisfaction.

The location and staff make you feel welcome. Unfortunately, daily housekeeping in the room was not the best. Also, there was no complimentary water; normally hotels of this class provide a daily bottle. Additionally, there wasn’t enough shampoo and soap; they still use daily bottles instead of a dispenser.
