“Quiet location, amazing breakfast and wonderful hospitality”
The location is great, within walking distance of Nine Arch Bridge and Little Adam’s Peak, and there are plenty of good eateries within a 20‑minute walk. It feels far from the hustle of Ella town, though the center is just a 5‑minute ride away. Breakfast was amazing: a fruit platter, eggs cooked exactly how you like them, Sri Lankan coconut pancakes, and more, all served with that signature Sri Lankan hospitality. Siva, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful, full of tips and even showed us a shortcut on one of our hikes. Overall, a lovely, peaceful place to stay while still being close to everything in Ella. The place looks a bit dated, and the shower could use a curtain.
