I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying the exceptionally clean and comfortable accommodations
Convenient location was a major plus for me

The heating was an issue.

The room was comfortable, warm, clean, and dry. The host kindly postponed my original booking, which I appreciated. The fan in the shower didn’t work, so the showers were very steamy, but that’s not a major problem and the host is fixing it.

It's no 5 star accomodation that's for sure; more accurately described as an old but clean bungalow. If you look past the decor, the beds were quite comfortable and very clean. They provided the basic necessities such as a fridge, microwave, tv, kettle, tea/coffee and basic cutlery. The door to the ensuite didn't slide easily and the water pressure in the shower wasn't the best. They provided dishwashing liquid and a tea-towel but no sink

The staff gave clear instructions on how to get to the property and kept us updated to make sure everything went smoothly; the drive into town was short. Overall, it was a good stay.
