The staff were the highlight, especially Fredi who was super helpful and friendly throughout. Water and tea were always available, the venue was quiet with excellent Wi‑Fi, everything stayed clean, and tours could be booked on site. Nothing was missing from what was promised.

The owner helped out wherever possible. However, the sink lacked a faucet for brushing teeth and washing face, and there was no hot water.

We stayed several days here and it was perfect. The staff were extremely kind. The room was clean and had everything needed. The location was close enough to the center and shops for quick errands. Go there with your eyes closed :)
