The hotel's staff were absolutely lovely - so kind, polite, and helpful. The price was great too, especially considering it included a delicious breakfast. And the room was spotless, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. My only gripe was the location, which was a bit of a trek from the city center. But I guess that's a trade-off for the peaceful surroundings.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at this hotel were top-notch. They were friendly, supportive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their positive attitude created a really comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

The hotel's got a lot going for it - the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. But, unfortunately, the temperature in my room was way too cold and I ended up having a pretty rubbish night's sleep. I mean, I've stayed in some chilly places before, but this was something else. The heating didn't seem to be working properly, so I was stuck shivering under the blankets all night.

People are good, location is close to downtown, hospitality is good. Excellent staff, providing every thing when we asked them. Approach road to the hotel is not good

I was really impressed with the hotel's staff - they were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was great, just a short walk from the town center, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have a campfire going on at night, which was something I was looking forward to. Overall, it was a great experience, but they could've made it even better with a little extra effort.
