We got a comfy double room that was spotless and even pre‑heated before we arrived at 5 am in mid‑December when it was –15 °C outside. The front desk was really welcoming, and everything in the Davtashen area worked fine – no water or electricity hiccups. The only downside is that there’s no breakfast on site, though you can order something if you need it.

The staff were super friendly and the place felt clean and cozy the whole time we were there. Nothing else to complain about.

We spent two nights here during the low season and liked the private yard where you can park a car or a bike; the staff spoke Armenian, Russian and English, which was handy. The bathroom was a hassle – the tub’s drain plug wouldn’t seal, the cold‑water knob on the tub was stuck, and the sink only gave hot water, and the maintenance guy never showed up despite the front desk’s excuse.

We were greeted very politely and the room itself was fine – good value for an Armenian hotel and set in a quiet residential area. The suite, however, felt like a large empty box with just a sofa, table, fridge and TV, and it lacked basic touches like a bottle of water or even a kettle.
