The value for money was good.

The staff were helpful, but the equipment was severely broken and missing.

The hotel was filthy; when I tried to use the shared shower, I had to switch rooms and pay extra for a decent one. It’s disgraceful that a room like that still costs 60 €; the bathroom next to the shower was dirty, the toilet tiny, and the whole place was unsanitary. To my surprise, the room wasn’t cleaned—hair everywhere in the bathroom, no toilet paper, and the hotel was unhygienic.
“Nella prima camera il gabinetto molto sporco e anche il resto ci hanno cambiato la camera ma anche questa mancava di pul”
The place was dirty and shabby.
