We received a warm welcome with local wine and a snack, and the place was clean and comfortable, but those who want a modern bathroom and décor might find it a bit dated; walking to Bevagna is on a busy road that sometimes lacks a pavement.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is convenient for visiting nearby villages like Assisi and Spello, but there is no air conditioning.

When we arrived, a platter of snacks and a glass of wine were handed to us, and the breakfast was really good. However, messages never received a reply.
