They had a shuttle so I could pick up a rental car, and the location was good for what I needed. The toilet was so low to the ground, it felt like a potty training toilet; they didn’t have a handicap room available and I thought a regular one would work, but it was difficult to use.

The elevator didn’t work, and the only room offered to a 79‑year‑old woman was on the third floor with no assistance in carrying a heavy bag up and down.

The location was fine. The elevator wasn’t working, the whole place needs an upgrade, the bathroom tub faucet was leaking, it was clean, but it was old.

The property was dated but the location to the airport was good. The elevator was busted and they gave no notice; the lady at the front desk said it was just slow and old, but it had been broken for days. We were on the third floor with two people with mobility issues and they could not help at all with moving off the third floor.
