There were already stains on the carpet. The shower drain didn’t drain properly and the rain shower was partially calcified. For €163 per night you can really expect more. Unfortunately there was no compensation because I only reported it in the morning instead of right away.

A warm welcome, very helpful and friendly. I didn’t really like the breakfast – it was very weak.

I liked the wide selection and good quality, but the background music was mostly saxophone and trumpet instrumental, which didn't suit us at all; we wish there were more relaxed instrumental tracks.

The room was large and comfortable, the bed was truly excellent and the shower was great. However, it felt overpriced for the level of service; the staff rotated so often that it felt like being in a faulty tower, sometimes very young, and we were charged €14 for a whisky base served in a cognac glass—hardly worth it. They billed us for three breakfasts even though we only ate two, and we were stuck in the parking lot for half an hour before someone finally opened the gate.

Very clean and well equipped room. Comfortable bed. Strimming/ leaf blowing in the car park at 6.45 is not acceptable. Towels did not really live up to the quality I would expect from a hotel of this standard
