I had to change rooms after checking in, and the new room was horrible; I waited 4 hours. The TV only offers 4 channels—no cable, no CNN, just local channels.

The staff were helpful and warm, and the location is very nice. Initially we were given a room right above a stage being set for a wedding party, so we complained because we couldn’t sleep due to the noise. The staff were supportive and moved us to a different room.

I wish breakfast were included in the price. When booking, the breakfast fee was listed as $15 per person, but at check‑in we were told it was $20 per person. It’s not just a $5 issue but the situation.
