Hotel Cala Joncols

“Un lugar muy especial, lejos de todo”

The location, the spaces, the tranquility, and the food were good (though very pricey). The music, a bit of pachanguera, played in the chiringuito Saturday afternoon seemed to detract a little from the place. I understand the olives are wonderful, provide shade, and produce the hotel’s fantastic olive oil, but the low branches make circulation difficult. Some branches could be pruned so the trees grow taller, especially in the high‑traffic areas.

It was our fourth visit to Cala Joncols, a true oasis where everything fades away once you park. We opted for full board because the food is superb. Our sea‑view room had a small balcony and a comfortable bathroom, and the recently refurbished rooms felt fresh. We enjoyed sea‑kayak rentals and organized diving trips that left directly from the hotel. Many thanks to Michäel and his whole team!

“Desconexión total en un entorno natural”

The setting is natural and the food is a daily menu made with local km‑0 products. The wifi is only available in parts of the hotel.

We loved everything—from the peaceful arrival greeted by Carma’s perfect welcome, to the unbeatable view from our room, and the delicious meals at the table. The setting is exceptional and the staff are superb. Thank you, we can’t wait to return for another stay!

“Un site remarquable…. Mais ne pas se tromper, chambre vue sur mer … ça doit tout changer !”

The location is a rare natural spot with the sea just a few steps away, and the dinner and breakfast are of good quality. The room faces the back, has a very average view, and there are various noises; the immediate surroundings don’t feel like a 4‑star property. A door close to the bed lets in corridor light and sound.
