“Overall, a decent place to say if you have large pets that you’re traveling with. I recommend you bring a dehumidifier i”
We chose Red Roof Inn because they don’t have breed restrictions for our pets when traveling. The front desk, staff, and housekeeping were very friendly. The location was convenient right off the interstate. They provided a microwave TV with streaming apps and a mini fridge. The rooms were very humid, with a crack under the door that let in outside air, so you had to crank the AC up a lot and basically freeze yourself to reduce the humidity. Because of the humidity, the sheets started to mildew. The shower in our room was either very hot or very cold, with no middle setting because the knob needed replacement. The towels were small, thin, and one was stained. I had to go through a lot of trouble to get new towels because they barely had any, and they had to run all over the hotel to get me some, which I definitely appreciated. Also, since the hotel accepts pets, they should have a small pet dog park with poop bags available; we had to walk the dogs in awkward places and there were no poop bags to pick up the feces.
