The place looked clean and the bed was comfortable, but bed bugs bit my arm; when I called to report it, the receptionist denied it and promised to call back after checking the room, but never did. I would have liked a refund of my $98.

Everything was bad.

The place was clean, well maintained, and comfy, with a good breakfast and very patient staff who helped when I had a credit card issue, though a neighbour was smoking weed; the manager resolved it very quickly.
