“Lovely room with nice balcony and views.”

The location was convenient, close to public transport and several nice restaurants and hotels. In room 1102 we had a shared door with room 1103, so we had to open one door to access both rooms. It was awkward trying to keep the door open while juggling luggage and opening the door to our own room. Is that common door really necessary?

“Fantastic Hotel with super friendly staff - A good introduction to Adelaide”

The staff were lovely & friendly from the moment we arrived. The Superior Queen Room with Balcony was magnificent and a fabulous introduction to Adelaide. The bed was super comfy and I don't think I've slept so well in years. The tram stop is pretty much right outside and you can get to the other side of the CBD for free! Great hotel, good price, and I would definitely stay here again. Also thanks to Booking dot com for giving me two room upgrades for free, and even providing a free taxi from the airport. I almost felt like I was making money!. The only thing missing was an on-premises washing machine / dryer. I stayed here one week but could easily have stayed the entire 3 months if there were washing facilities. Otherwise, a fantastic hotel

Clean and comfortable with great views. The staff could have been a bit more upbeat.

For an older lady, alone, the walk back from the Carpark was a bit worrying

Good amenities, all the basics in a room. There were sheets sitting out in the hallways constantly. Not a very clean/ professional look. I feel like these should have been elsewhere
