“This is my go to place to stay at when we visit Vail.”
I struggled to find the hotel because of many “Do Not Enter” signs, but the manager offered a parking discount and welcomed us to breakfast, which was great with many hot and cold options; the next day’s breakfast was even better with smoked salmon. The room was larger than most for the same price and had individual climate control, a comfy bed, and a roomy bath with personal amenities. Everyone was pleasant, polite, and helpful. When we left we realized we’d left a phone in the room, but housekeeping had already brought it to the front desk and arranged mailing it back after we called. I can’t think of anything that needs improvement; for Vail it is, without question, the best hotel we’ve stayed at and is worth every penny compared to other hotels we’ve tried over the years.
